Kenny at Arizona Pump was absolutely amazing with the best customer service ever. It was 3 o’clock in the afternoon on the Saturday before Easter when our water went out. Kenny was just finishing up another job when we needed him. He finished up that job getting a family back into water for the holiday and headed over to our place. He was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and explained that he would have to find a new storage tank pump to fix the problem. Unbelievably, he was able to acquire a new pump and came out the next day on Easter Sunday to replace the malfunctioning pump and saving our Easter. I cannot thank him enough. Excellent service in a very caring timely manner when I am sure no other business owner would have come out.
