I’m in the process of buying a newly built home that is on a shared well. My realtor set up a well inspection a week in advance with a different company – which then proceeded to cancel the inspection appointment the day prior – which left us in a panic. She then was able to reach AZ Pump with very little notice. They were there earlier than their scheduled appointment time and Rob was very knowledgeable and accommodating to answer all of my questions. I am the final house to be built on the newly installed shared well and we will be given responsibility of the well maintenance duties along with the other 3 homeowners once my house goes to closing.
