I called a half dozen well companies and left messages and got no response. Not only did Arizona Pump answer, they did so at 9:30 pm and were at my home the next day replacing our well pump. Great crew and quick response, I could not ask for more. Thank you Kenny!
Kenny at Arizona Pump was absolutely amazing with the best customer service ever. It was 3 o’clock in the afternoon on the Saturday before Easter when our water went out. Kenny was just finishing up another job when we needed him. He finished up that job getting a family back into water for the holiday and headed over to our place. He was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and explained that he would have to find a new storage tank pump to fix the problem. Unbelievably, he was able to acquire a new pump and came out the next day on Easter Sunday to replace the malfunctioning pump and saving our Easter. I cannot thank him enough. Excellent service in a very caring timely manner when I am sure no other business owner would have come out.
I recently bought a house and was referred to Arizona Pump Services by the previous owners since they had worked on the system in the past. Unfortunately they no longer come out to my area but they took the time to refer me to another great well company and even shared pertinent information about our system (from past work on it) with the other company to help us with our repairs.

Our well stopped working this weekend and Kenny, the owner of Arizona Pump said he would come out with a new pump for us ASAP!! He not only came out, but he realized it wasn’t the pump, but rather the floaters and an electrical issue and fixed it all in less than an hour!! He not only explained the issue, but helped us to understand how to prevent it again! Now that’s service!!! Arizona Pump Services is a 5 star company and at the top of my list!!! It should be at the top of your’s too!!!
They were on time and very flexible. I needed a well inspection last minute on a property we were closing on. They took great care of us.
We call Kenny for all of our water well needs. He has always taken care of our maintenance and our emergency situations…even on holidays. Great work, great response time and decent pricing. We live outside the city limits, but our location is never an issue for him. Thank you Kenny🤗
I’m in the process of buying a newly built home that is on a shared well. My realtor set up a well inspection a week in advance with a different company – which then proceeded to cancel the inspection appointment the day prior – which left us in a panic. She then was able to reach AZ Pump with very little notice. They were there earlier than their scheduled appointment time and Rob was very knowledgeable and accommodating to answer all of my questions. I am the final house to be built on the newly installed shared well and we will be given responsibility of the well maintenance duties along with the other 3 homeowners once my house goes to closing.
I will recommend AZ Pump to my three new neighbors when we have our first meeting about doling out the maintenance & well-being of our well.

Kenny was great to work with. We build custom homes and work with many subcontractors. One of the many challenges of building homes is scheduling subcontractors. Kenny was the complete opposite. He did exactly as he said and best of all, he maintained communication. Very good worker and friendly. I was impressed how he gave me his honest opinion on what to install knowing that what he recommended to me would be less money for him to make than persuading me to install a more expensive system. I highly recommend Kenny and will be using him on all our jobs in the future
